EV adoption is usually framed as a demand story. In practice it’s an operations story.
If the charging experience is unreliable, people don’t “update beliefs” — they route around the category.
The quiet work is uptime, clear pricing, and maintenance that happens before something breaks.
Policy helps most when it funds those boring layers and makes success legible to the next buyer.
I’m watching for reliability metrics to become the headline number.
